Due to the inherent nature of handmade ceramics, slight irregularities and variations in color, size, and texture are to be expected and are a testament to the authenticity and artistry of our products.

Final Sale Policy:

• All sales are final. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Quality Assurance:

• We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our ceramics. Before shipping, each item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

Damaged Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To process your claim, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

• Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

Handmade Characteristics:

• Please remember that the irregularities and unique features of your ceramic piece are part of what makes it special and should not be considered defects.

• These characteristics include but are not limited to: slight variations in glaze color, minor differences in size and shape, and small surface imperfections (including “hairline” cracks).
